Green Peas would find a wealth of content to film at Rainbeau Ridge in Bedford Hills. Owner (and co-author of our book, Over the Rainbeau: Living the Dream of Sustainable Farming, 2009) Lisa Schwartz, the only cheesemaker in Westchester, makes award-winning, farmstead goat cheese right here in the ‘burbs. The farm’s children’s programs, vegetable gardens, heritage breed livestock and cooking demo series are other possible themes to cover.
